✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

🔄 Replacement Policy

Eligible items can be replaced with the same product (size/color) or exchanged for another product of equal value.

Refunds will not be issued; instead, we provide replacements or store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased with a discount, promo code, or during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Worn, washed, or damaged products due to customer handling will not be accepted.

We strictly maintain hygiene and quality for all our products. For this reason, only items meeting our return conditions will be accepted.

At Evosane, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of your orders.

Orders placed before 12 PM (IST) with Fast Shipping are shipped the same day.

Orders are shipped via Delhivery and typically reach you within 5–6 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to stay updated.
